I’ve seen many other blogs cover this new innovative study, but my friend sent me this via Popsci.com. My favorite line:
“Apparently men and women are not that different after all. In fact, the sexes are so similar that women have to fight their entire lives just to remain women — at least on the genetic level.” – Rebecca Boyle

Can everyone agree that Jersey Shore was going to be a trainwreck before we even saw it? Of course we can. We can all also agree that this is what the American public anticipated, right? I, mean, Huffington Post even reminded readers of the show’s promise to present with “hottest, tannest, craziest Guidos” that we need to know (but have been trying to avoid).
So, why is it so shocking to see a guidette get knocked out by a guy in a bar?

o be honest with you…I am embarrassed to be asking about it or even thinking it. It is not really Rape for me…honestly I don’t want to be raped. But I like to be held down or pushed against a wall or taken by surprise by my partner. The problem is that I don’t know how to approach him about it.

My God, Tiger Woods’s story of infidelity and heartbreak is a whirlwind of dramatic events. As the famous golfer recovers from a car accident, his wife and, well, millions of us bare witness to the sultry revelation of his multiple mistresses. And, my, does Woods know how to pick ‘em. From a party planner to a porn star, Tiger certainly surrenders to his sexual fantasies… which is all well and good, until he got into a really bad wreck.

My friend James sent this awesome story to me. Normally, I turn a cold shoulder to PETA’s desperate attempts to sway the public into taking animals rights seriously. However, in her interview with TV Guide, Krupa stands by the ultra-sexy image of her bodacious naked bod being covered only by an ornate crucifix.

After I wrote my piece on Jennifer’s Body, I continued to keep my eyes open for other she-monsters and devilish dames. Just recently, I discovered Abhay Khosla’s observation about Marvel Comics and its misogynistic representations of women in their popular stories. While, on the surface, dedicated readers of the magazines will definitely find glaringly obvious conflicts that seem to supersede the misogyny, as Khosla points out, the gynophobic are as, if not even more so obvious than the superficial conflicts blanketing the subtext.

Okay, okay. We all know by now that Cosmo Magazine is essentially verbal crack filled with advertisements for expensive shit I don’t need and advice that seems savvy, but really just brainwashes me into believing that the sex I have is not good enough for “my man”. And, as of yet, most sex-friendly sites have completely avoided shunned Cosmo’s ridiculous nonsense until this stupid poster hit the presses.

Finding another way to say “fuck you” to the establishment, sex workers in Denmark offer free sex to COP15 delegates and guests who were otherwise discouraged to buy sexual services.

Recently, I visited The Erotic Review, a website that provides details and reviews for sex workers. It’s a swank catalog of slices of deviance offered by the dollar. Sometimes, it amazes me how many women and men are living these private lives, both as secret merchants and consumers. This is the epitome of the black market, no matter how assimilated we have become. So, I scrolled through the list of escorts and their websites, in a haze of nostalgia since i used to post my fetish website on The Erotic Review; I, too, had to check off the acronyms that described my services. Fetish? Check. Domination? Check. FS (Full Service)? Blank.
